    You won’t be able to stream video from a free web hosting. Streaming video involves large amounts of traffic and require stability that a free host won’t provide. If it is just for the test of functionality it may do it but that’s it. One of the cheapest short term solutions is the amazon EC2 service which will allow you hosting of "Processing Units", however their networking seems to be far from the desired and they are expensive for long term usage. Good thing is you only pay for what you actually use.
