    Having embedded videos from Youtube, vimeo etc is not a problem as you won’t be hosting those videos on your account. Have a look at http://umakeawebsite.com to read about the steps for setting up a website. You’d also gain some tips about things to look out for. As for hosts, I’d recommend Hostgator. They are great for beginners.
