   I would personally recommend hosting your site anywhere and creating code on your site to allow videos to be uploaded to Amazon S3 and viewed from there. That way your bandwidth is saved whle allowing you to host anywhere, and the online storage that Amazon S3 has is extremely quick and cheap. It would help to know what script you are using for your video site.

   I don’t think you will find anything what will work for you.
   If you have domain name, register account at afraid.org and manage your own dns and redirect all domain requests to your home computer (enable IIS on your computer- MAKE SURE TO INSTALL ALL LATEST UPDATES). Integrate Google Analytics to it and see traffic and interest. If you think your project is growing, buy hosting at godaddy. If not- find another way to waste your time.

   Purchase hosting through various companies on the net. Depending on your traffic load and bandwidth, you may need a dedicated or virtual server as most shared servers can’t hold the type of load that YouTube does and will suspend your account for too much traffic. In the beginning, shared might work as long as your scripting is valid and closes itself properly and does not overload the server.
