How to make a video podcast?

Hey everyone,
I’ve been trying for a very long time, but I can’t seem to figure out how this is done. I currently have my video files (.m4v) hosted on my web server, so I know the URL to get to them. However, I don’t know what tool to use to turn them into a podcast that I can submit to the iTunes store. If anyone could provide a step-by-step procedure that would be wonderful.

    You can use software to create an iTunes compatible podcast. The software will automatically encode the podcast feed for you. I would suggest FeedForAll, there is a free download at http://www.feedforall.com (there is both a Windows and a Mac version).
