how do i send personal files to the web?

i used MovieMaker(windows) to create clips for youtube i wanted to send directly to the web b/c it is faster then saving it to my computer.
when saving clips to the web using WIndowsMovieMaker i am supposed to be given the option "Select a video hosting provider and sign in" but it does not.
i tryed to locate hosting provider information but couldnt find it.
it suggested the commands: hardisk/username/doc.&settings/application data/microsoft/moviemaker
but the commands were wrong.plse help me (if u cood understand any of it)

1I’m not sure if I understood what you want.
But couldn’t you just create a youtube account and use their upload tool on the youtube website?
