how do i send personal files directly to the web?

A video web hosting question:

i used MovieMaker(windows) to create clips for youtube. i wanted to send them directly to the web b/c it is faster then saving it to my computer.

when sending clips to web using WindowsMovieMaker, i am supposed to be given the option "select a video hosting provider and sign in" but it does not.

i tryed to find video hosting provider information but could not find it. it suggested the commands: hardisk/doc.&settings/username/local settings/application data/microsoft/moviemaker
but the commands were wrong.

plse help me (if u cood understand any of it)
