How do I put a .swf flash animation file (made from adobe flash cs5) onto Youtube for everyone to view?

Is there a way of doing this without Dreamweaver? I don’t want to have to make my own website just to embed the html. No idea how to do that. (of course if anyone knows web hosting sites, where others can see the video right away, rather than have to download the file to view it, I’D LOVE TO KNOW)
